We will departing from YCST on April 30th at 6am. We will be having a FREE breakfast and check-in for the students from 5:30am-6am.

We will be arriving back at YCST on May 4th between 2pm-3pm.

Italian Sub Sale

If you sold Italian Subs for the senior trip fundraiser, you must come Saturday or Sunday to help slice and assemble the subs. Distribution will be on Sunday and Monday. All subs must be picked up and delivered by Monday.

Senior Trip T-Shirts

You will be provided with two t-shirts by Mr. Balsavage prior to going on the trip. It is mandatory that you wear the blue t-shirt on the way down to Florida and the red t-shirt on the way back to York. You will not be permitted on the bus/plane without wearing the specific shirt required. These shirts are not to be worn before the time specified.

Senior Bonding Activities

On Friday, April 17th and Monday, April 20th all students going on the trip will be excused at 12pm and will miss 3rd and 4th block. On Friday students will report directly to the auditorium at 12pm and on Monday they will report to room 1101.
Please bring a change of clothes on these days to accomodate for the activities we will be doing. Tshirt, shorts, and sneakers are suggestions.

Bathing suit/swim trunks – bikinis are okay but they must be appropriate – if they’re white make sure they’re not see through

HAVE A GREAT TIME!!!
Follow all school rules – discipline will follow school policy
NEVER go around the parks alone! Try to stay in groups of four and ALWAYS have a partner that you stick with
Check in at assigned times – do not be late! The whole group doesn’t want to be held up because of stragglers! Plus, you give us heart attacks when you’re missing!!!
Males are NOT to be in female rooms and females are NOT to be in male rooms! If you want to hang out ask to go to the pool!
When we are at the hotel keep in mind that there are families vacationing. Please be respectful of other guests in the hotel – keep the volume down!
You must sleep in your assigned room and you may not leave this room after lights out.
When we have a pool party or a function at the hotel everyone must join in the fun and be
PG-13 or lower rated movies to show on the DVD player

Universal's Gradbash 09 DRESS CODE!!!

GIRLS:

  • Dresses, skirts, capris or Bermuda shorts no shorter than mid-thigh
  • Casual pants (no jeans)
  • Casual blouses and tops with sleeves at least three inches wide
  • Comfortable shoes (including tennis shoes, dress sandals, boots and flip-flops)

GUYS:

  • Casual pants or shorts(including khakis), secured at waist
  • Shirts with sleeves (golf/polo and dress shirts)
  • Sport jackets and dress suits
  • Comfortable shoes (including tennis shoes, dress shoes, boots, and flip-flops)

Unacceptable Attire:

  • Backpacks of any size, type or style (does not apply to chaperones)
  • Accessories that may be used as weapons (chains, spiked collars or belts, sharp objects, pendants or charms larger than 2 inches)
  • Clothing with holes, tearing or shredding
  • Clothin with language or graphics that are obscene, offensive or suggestive of sexual, vulgar, drug, alcohol, or tobacco-related messaging
  • Gang paraphernalia, jewelry, tattoos, clothing or other insignias which display, suggest or provoke violence
  • Clothing that is too tight or exposes excessive portions of the skin that may be viewed as inappropriate at a school function
